Bishop Gary Lewis, D.D.,
serves as the General Overseer for the Church of God. From 2022-2024 he served as Secretary General for the denomination. His experience in the ministry includes having served the church as a student pastor, senior pastor and state youth and discipleship director.
In 2008 he was elected by the Church of God General Assembly to serve as the International Assistant Director of Youth and Discipleship and then in 2012 as the International Director. In 2016 he was appointed state administrative bishop for South Georgia where he served until his election to the Executive Committee in 2022. He also served as a member of the International Executive Council (Council of 18).
Gary met his wife, Lori while they were attending East Coast Bible College. They have three children and two grandchildren.

Pastor Carl U. Smalls II
is the fourth child born to Carl Sr. and Donna Smalls and was born in Seoul, Korea in 1988. he was raised in church his entire life and has been involved in ministry since the age of 5. Pastor Carl is a proud North Hardin High School graduate (GO Trojans) and has a bachelor’s degree in theology from Lee University out of Cleveland, TN. It wasn’t until 2006 that he decided in his heart to truly follow after God and pursue his call into ministry. Almost a year before he committed his life to Christ he fell in love with a young lady by the name of Tenisha. They have been married for 17 years this coming July and have five children together, and a nephew who lives with them, Colleen(14), David(nephew 13), Carl III(12 deceased), Teonna(11), Carly(6) and Trace(3). Together Pastor Carl and Pastor Tenisha lead Restoration Church as senior pastors and they are entering into their 10th year pastoring. With the help of his congregation and community volunteers Restoration Church has been a feeding America distribution center in Radcliff for 9 years, they’ve donated thousands of dollars to the Hardin County Schools Stability program and raised over $30,000 for children locally and globally through Buy A Tree Change A Life. Pastor Carl is also substitute teacher, who volunteers his time in many Hardin County Schools, he serves on the state youth board in the Church of God and serves as a board member for Helping Hands of Hope. Pastor Carl’s heart bleeds for the broken. He believes that if we allow the Holy Spirit to help us face the dark places, secret places, and fears in our own hearts we could help lead others toward total healing and restoration through Jesus Christ.

Sheena Jean-Francois
Sheena's life stands as a powerful testament to unwavering faith, deep dedication, and heartfelt commitment to God. She is a United States Air Force veteran, an ordained minister in the Church of God, and the Assistant Pastor at Eagles Wings Judah Worship Center, where Bishop Patrick Ford serves as Lead Pastor. She embodies a source of inspiration and hope for individuals longing to enrich their relationship with Christ.

With a master's degree in Discipleship and Ministry Leadership from Pentecostal Theological Seminary (PTS), Sheena has cultivated a rich foundation of knowledge and practice in discipleship and leading new believers. She is currently on an ambitious journey to pursue her doctorate in Ministry Leadership and Discipleship, with her graduation from PTS set for this upcoming May.
In 2023, she made her mark on the literary world with the publication of "The Fundamentals of Christianity." This insightful book serves as an invaluable resource for believers at every stage of their faith, providing practical tools and wisdom to help them navigate and deepen their spiritual journeys.

Above all, Sheena is driven by a fervent passion to uplift and encourage others. She desires to inspire individuals to embrace a sanctified and holy life before the Lord, cultivating a profound connection with their faith and guiding them toward a meaningful and purpose-filled existence. She currently resides in Kingsland, GA, with her cat, Kitty, and her dog, Cinna.

Bishop David Jarvis
was appointed Administrative Bishop of the Kentucky Church of God at the 79th International General Assembly in Indianapolis in July 2024, returning to the state where his family once pastored.
Bishop Jarvis comes to us from West Virginia, where he was State Overseer for two years. He previously held the same role in the Rocky Mountain and Heartland regions. Before that, he was a State Youth and Discipleship/Christian Director for 26 years in Hawaii, Oklahoma, West Virginia, South Carolina, South Georgia and Alabama. An Ohio native, he has also pastored in Virginia and Hawaii, as well as the Solid Rock Church of God in Louisville.
He and his wife, Jan, have been married for 44 years as of their appointment in 2024. They are blessed with two daughters, Rhonda Jarvis, and Jessica Lawson. Jessica is married to Ryan Lawson. They have two grandsons, Lincoln David and Lexington Ryan Lawson and a granddaughter, Lyric Michelle, who reside in Louisville
